Dave & Elinore Barry invited us and 3 other Boomer couples to a pre-game happy hour at their new "pad" at Florida Grande. It easily accommodated the 8 of us, and even the next door neighbors that came by to check us out! Their park was hosting a Super Bowl Party that included a chili feed with all the fixings, too many snacks, several yummy desserts, 4 TV's for viewing the game and we were all going to the party.
Betsy & John Crawford, Diane & Brent Roulier, Elinore & Dave Barry and us came to root for our teams. Guess what team the Gruelles' are cheering for???
Frank would that be the Steelers???
Betsy you're putting money down on who....the Cardinals?? Let the games began.
And the winner was----THE STEELERS!!! YEAH TEAM (it's a family thing:)) A good time was had by all. Thanks Dave & Elinore!

Congrats on your blog. Everything takes so much time, you would think we would get more done but NO we are so busy..... I will read the whole blog when I am not busy trying to get ready for a visit my grandson who turned 18 in January. I will be a GREAT GRANDMA IN APRIL!!!!!!! Now that makes you feel really OLD....
