Diane & Jim decided they would cook yesterday's purchase of a Cajun stuffed deboned chicken, and invited Bill & Cheryl and us to share this specialty.
I can tell you they didn't have to ask twice--we were there! Oh my goodness the stuffing was a rice crayfish concoction that really hit the spot.
And what an eye-catching table Diane sets. Thanks so much Jim & Diane for a very delicious dinner. Hey, doesn't it seem as if all Boomers do is eat-eat! Well, it's still early in the week, perhaps we'll refrain from eating out....NOT!
